CareAtlas is designed to collect as little personal information as practical.
Checklist data
Interactive checklist progress is stored in the visitor’s browser using local storage and is not sent to CareAtlas by the checklist script.
Server and analytics data
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request data, device information and security signals. If additional analytics or advertising tools are deployed, this policy must be updated to name them and describe their use.
Messages sent to CareAtlas are used to respond and maintain an appropriate record. Do not send sensitive medical records.
Control
Visitors can clear local checklist data through the checklist controls or browser settings.
